INDUSTRIAS OGI S.L. began producing technical gelatin in 1960 from by-products of bovine hides from the tanning industry. In 1980 started to manufacture gelatin-based adhesives for the cardboard and paper processing industry. The actual “New” production site was built in 2000 which is located in an industrial estate near Estella (Navarra). During these four decades, the company has witnessed continuous growth in production capacity, ongoing improvement in quality, expertise and technological innovation.

We produce a great variety of technical gelatines with specific features to cover the most diverse applications as well as wide range of gelatine-based adhesives for the paper and cardboard processing industry. Our STAFF consists of young, dynamic and highly motivated team members. Our management, the second generation after the founders has two clear and very firm aims:

• 1. To ensure our customers a fully satisfied with our products.
• 2. To promote the use of gelatin, of which first usage goes back to the times of the ancient Egyptian civilization, adapting it to current technological needs and competing ecologically with the synthetic adhesives made by the multinationals to protect our globe.

All manufactured batches and all dispatched products to our customers have been subjected to quality testing, performed in accordance with protocols required under ISO 9001 regulations. In parallel, we constantly invest in R&D and cooperate with universities to develop and offer new and better products to our customers.
